找痛點﹕用拇指在患處找出最痛的痛點。
塗藥﹕在痛點上搽上2-3滴活絡油，用拇指尖在痛點上按壓15-20分鐘，以患者不過度痛楚為宜，直至藥劑完全滲透。

Indications:
As an aid for the temporary relief of minor aches, pains of
muscles, joins, rheumatism and sprains.
Directions:
Pour 2-3 drops medicated balm to affected area. Apply pressure
with thumb or knuckle on the area and rub slowly for 15-20
minutes this will enhance blood circulation. Three to Five
times daily until pain is relieved.
Cauton:
For external use only, keep out of children reached. Over
stimulation and rough rubbing will cause skin burn.
